Jim was a football player.He was healthy when he was young.
But he hasn’t played football since he left school.He liked eating very much and ate lots of food which contained a lot of fat,such as meat,fish,chicken,and so on.Because of this,he put on weight very fast.He became very very fat before long.
One day,he looked into the mirror,“ Is that me ” He was surprised,“ I have changed so much that I can hardly recognize myself.I must lose weight.”
So he went to see a doctor who advised him to play tennis and do enough excise.He started to do exercise two days later.He spent two hours playing tennis every morning.When he played it,he burned up lots of calories.
From then on,he became thinner day by day.He looked into the mirror once again another day.“ That’s really me,” he said and smiled.
