1.The undersigned acknowledged that all Inventions related to the business of the Company and/or any of its Affiliates which were created,developed,designed,written,conceived or reduced to practice by the undersigned,solely or jointly with others and whether during normal business hours or otherwise,either during the period in which the undersigned was performing services for or on behalf of the Company or any Affiliate or at any time thereafter with the unauthorized use of any Confidential Information,shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
1.The undersigned hereby assigns to the Company or its designee any interest the undersigned has or may have in any such Invention and waive any right it has or may have to any patents,copyrights,trademarks,trade names,and other industrial and intellectual property rights related to any such Invention or applications therefore,in Hong Kong and elsewhere.
