Internet is now one of our important communication channels. Since it was introduced to our lives, we have been no longer interacting people face-to-face as often as we were. I personally have my facebook account, blogs and emails. I like computer hanging out. It saves us energy, time, resources, and cost. I can talk to people anytime when I feel like talking. It's fast and geographically accessible and flexible. I updates my status and fun pictures so that whoever care about me or intend to get to know me can always go to my profiles and see what's happening to me. Moreover, I don't have to go all the way to a public library and spend half a day there digging out information I need. The way people do it today is just to click on a few icons and type keywords to searching engines. Information on internet has already been organized and filtered. I like the way it works. Today many of the schools provide students with long-distance education. That means I can learn native foreign languages, personal interests or academic courses without concerning about time, place, pace or evaluations. It can be fun and I'm thinking about taking these courses sometime. I doubt who doesn't like such a cool technology though.
