第二题 的 two-thirds 是2/3的意思。表示分数的时候，这个是固定搭配。
两个问题的答案都是B。首先：hospital是第一次出现的，所以用a，于是选B。其次：分数的表示形式如果是三分之一以上的话就用复数形式，而in the 1970s是固定搭配！
