篇三：2015.12.2常规总结

总体上看，老师们备课态度较认真，教案详尽，课时数量充足；一定的教学准备，设计合理，教学目标明确，重难点把握准确到位。教学过程较清晰。个别的教师备课有超前意识；大部分教师的备课书写字迹清晰端正，特别是汪甜甜，刘宝喜、吴双琴老师。语文老师每篇课文按课时备课，每课时能根据学生实际定好教学目标，确定教学重、难点.

有感触最深的是老师们的反思，有些老师们的课后反思极详细、深入、能根据实际情况有感而发。青年教师，反思及时更进，像汪甜甜老师反思21篇，做到一课一反思。这些足以证明我们老师的一种敬业精神。

建议1、备课时借鉴人家的东西要联系自己的实际情况，认真舍取，而不能照搬照抄。

2、课后反思要有一定的数量，也要有一定的质量，虽然要求是最少5篇，应尽量在每次上完课，认真总结反思，以改进自己的教学，为今后自己更好的教学积累一笔财富。这点青年教师做的相对较好。

3、教学重、难点要突出。完成情况及时跟进。

作业批改情况：（一）总体情况：

1、在检查中发现大多数老师能按照要求去布置，批改质量较好。都能做到细致、及时。

2、对学生作业都做到了全批全改，三至六年级有一定数量的日记、作文批改，能看出老师们工作的辛苦。学生作业错了，能及时订正，教师能及时复批。

存在的问题主要是：

1、希望老师更加注重学生作业本上激励性评语的运用。如：你的字写得太棒了！你的句子写得太有想象力了，再写得清楚些就更好了等等。将作业本开发为进行班级管理的又一阵地，成为家长、老师、学生情感沟通的桥梁。

2、建议三年级以上的语文老师让学生准备一本课外积累本，积累一些经典的词、句、段，并且试着让他们背诵，一、二年级以认字、识字为主；建议数学老师能有一本学生错例记录本，这样就能做到心中有数，到复习的时候就能重点突出，有的放矢了。

3、在批阅学生作业时发现学生有错误，要少打“×”，圈出来或划出来，让学生订正后再批。批改要有等级，和评语。部分教师对作文批改缺少评语，特别是作文批改（不要求人人、篇篇有评语，但不允许人人、篇篇打个等级。）

4、数学教案要多备一点练习。针对我们学校学困生较多，练习量不仅要足、练习题型要多层次。

6、从一年级起重视学生的作业书写规范，一年级开始孩子爱护本子的意识，这点刘宝喜老师做的较好。不管是学困生还是优生，都应严格要求：加强学生书写训练，书写工整、格式规范、大小匀称、疏密有致；作业要整洁，不能在作业本上乱涂乱画。

测试，要有成绩有整体的分析，每次测试要有平均分，及格率、优秀率分析数据，以更好的掌握学生的学习情况。
