Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?Young people enjoy life more than older people do.
It is undeniable that young people are more adaptable to new things and tend to have fun,but it is untrue to say that older people don’t enjoy their life.From my perspective,I cling to an unshakeable that older people savor life as much as young people do.
Young people are more likely to have thrilling activity than old people.For example,my friends,a bunch of 20-year-old college students,like going to Karaoke for weekends and visiting Disneyland for short vacation,while some of them prefer to go clubbing at night and get drunk.We say these people are enjoying their youth and lives.However,is that “enjoy life” all about?Is Karaoke and clubbing the only way to entertain ourselves?The answer is absolutely not.Old people are also having fun if we find another way to define “enjoy life”.
First of all,old people usually like nature than young people do in my observations.For example,hiking,picnic and fishing are the entertainments that many old people would like to do in their leisure.Going to countryside and breathing some fresh air can be exciting and refreshing.Besides,they can never do that in a crowded and suffocating city.I think going to the nature is one way to relax and enjoy lives for old people.
Further lending credence to my position is that chatting with different kinds of people is also one way for old people to have fun.Old people have extensive and wide knowledge through their life experiences; therefore,they have endless topics to talk about.Take my grandmother’s example:she is a 80-year-old woman who used to be an editor.She is so erudite that everybody asks her questions,such as what the allusions in the books mean.Every time I talk with her,I benefit a lot and she seems to enjoy talking with everybody who is eager to ask her questions.
All in all,I believe that both young people and old people can have an enjoyable life.Having fun is not a supreme right for young people,but it is accessible for any people at any age.
Some young adults want independence from their parents as soon as possible.Other young adults prefer to live with their families for a long time.Which do you think is better?
With the developing of new careers and explosive information,young people have more eclectic and wider choices about designing their future life on contemporary society than in several decades ago.However,when it comes to choice between independence from parents and living with their families,young adults get into dilemma.As far as I am concerned,I cling to an unshakeable belief that without parents’ protection young adults can do better.

where the rub is.
When I was a teenager,I felt that I was just young and uncertain -- that I was a new boy in
a huge school,and I would have been very pleased to be regarded as something so interesting as
a problem.For one thing,being a problem gives you a certain identity,and that is one of the
things the young are busily engaged in seeking.
I find young people exciting.They have an air of freedom,and they not a dreary commitment
to mean ambitions or love of comfort.They are not anxious social climbers,and they have no
devotion to material things.All this seems to me to link them with life,and the origins of
things.It's as if they were,in some sense,cosmic beings in violent and lovely contrast with
us suburban creatures.All that is in my mind when I meet a young person.He may be conceited,
ill-mannered,presumptuous or fatuous,but I do not turn for protection to dreary cliches about
respect of elders -- as if mere age were a reason for respect.I accept that we are equals,and
I will argue with him,as an equal,if I think he is wrong.
