Today I feel well,not only I bought a present for my father but also I helped the old lady what she want.

I went to a shop and bought a gift for him.两个动词间用个连词.或后面动词前加个to,改为目的状语.I went to a shop to buy a gift for him
2.I thought my father should like this and happy every sceond when he saw it
句子成份混乱.should改为would吧,should应该...不要受汉语影响. and happy every sceond 因有and,前只省略了相同成份,如my father ,happy作形容词,其前的be动词没看到.改为I thought my father would like this and be happy when he saw it.
3.the old lady with two heavy bag in front of me
the 改为an.后又缺动词.
一个句子,至少要有主语和动词!an old lady with two heavy bags in her hands is in front of me
4. I thought what I should do for her宾语从句感觉挺别扭的.I thought I should do something for her
5. After I stood up and called the old lady sit it
After I stood up 是时间状语从句,后面主句缺主语.可以把after换为then.那么and连接了两个动词是可以的.call没有call sb do sth这种用法,把call换为let吧.sit后的it去掉,sit是vi.
6.She smiled to me and thanked me a lot.
7.Today I feel well. well作形容词只表示身体好.你表示心情好,可用good.用well一定是不行的.
8.but also I helped the old lady what she want. what she want作什么成份呢?句子成份又显得混乱了.help sb (to)do sth. 除非做定语从句,那么和先行词联系不起来.干脆把what she want去掉.

I thought my father would like this and be happy when he saw it，建议后面加上and I know a small gift means a lot(礼轻情意重）
