Design of Telecom Charging System
The system is developed on basis of B/S structure and with adoption of MVC (Model-View-Controller) development pattern during which the user makes a request through the View layer, forming an EVENT. The Controller layer determines the security of the request and deals with the request before it calls related Model layers for further processing and returns the processing results to the user. The database of the system is designed on Oracle platform. Three open source frameworks of Struts, Hibernate and Spring from JAVAE are used. The telecom charging system includes several modules such as data collecting module, data integrating module, user management module, charge management module, administrator management module, bill management module, accounting management module, self-service module, privilege management module.
