我翻译的不太标准,所以实在看不懂上面的看我:一架飞机的的最高时速750km/h往北,如果风力是60km/h 15°[E of N](正北15度往西),那么如果这架飞机要飞往正北方,它的实际速度是多少和航向应该是多少度?
