嗯,因为在现在完成时（过去完成时也一样）里,动词后面如果跟了时间,这个动词就必须为延续性动词.
比如这道题,have（ ）后面有时间成分,则说明括号里该填上延续性动词（你想想,只有延续的东西,才会用一段时间来对应啊）,所以这里该填上kept.
另外,补上一句,borrow,lend,leave等等都是非延续性动词,也就是指这个动作在瞬间完成,比如borrow,就是瞬间的交换而已.
因为题目的意思只能用延续性词 我们来看意思 如果是A 那么意思是不符合题意的啊 他说我必修还给李雷 因为我已经借了两个星期了
B 和C 你能够借两个星期吗？明显borrow lend 不是延续性动词 只有keep才是延续性动词

have borrowed 也是可以的，只是不符合这里的语境。
如果是I have borrowed it for two weeks，就是说，我已经借了2周了。这个借指，这两周你一直在借，却没有借到手啊，所以一直在“借”
选择C TAKE BORROW LEND都是瞬间性动词，不能跟完成时态连同。完成时态有表示时间段的作用，所以不能跟瞬间性动词使用。
