It goes without saying that balanced personal development is of great importance to us nowadays.But what on earth is balanced personal development?Well,to my mind,it means that we should not only do a good job in our studies,but also in other aspects,such as virtue,social gathering,communication and the abilities to deal with all kinds of problems.As we know,virtue is also important to a person.We should cultivate good virtue.We should do more social gatherings,where we can make more friends who would offer great help in our careers in the future.Social gathering should be part of our daily life.
In addition,the abilities to deal with all kinds of problems are important too.The more abilities you have,the more easily you can be successful in your careers.
Let's talk about how to acquire the balanced personal development.Well,we should care for not only our IQ but also EQ and so on.What we learn from school is not enough,we should try to gain more skills and abilities outside our classes.
