our family has lots of healthy habbies.We used to go for a run in every morning last couple years.but as my study goes harder,we change it to just simply have a walk after dinner.By continou keeping this habbit our family members always having less illness and maintaining a energetic body.another healthy habbiy of my family is the healthy diet and cooking.my mother always prepare dishes that give us sufficcient nutritions and helps us to persue a nutritional balance.also eating without picking preferance and eating on the right time minimise the stomach illness cause by the incorrect food and dining time.in summarise,i believed these habbits will lead my family to a healther future.
