The term "mathematical culture" appeared about 20 years ago and has been used till recent 3 or four years. Therefore, "mathmatical culture" is still an unfamiliar conception for most common people. While with the increasing usage of this term, its vigor emerges and for this reason more and more people begin concerning on Mathmatics from cultural aspect for certain needs and are willing to emphasize the importance of Mathmatics' cultural value. In fact, Mathmatics is the outcome of society's development and also a motivation for society's advancement. In a word, Mathmatics is closely connected to men's culture.
People donot born with Mathmatical attainment, which is, in stead, accomplished in learning and practising. Mathmatics is not only an important tool, but also a thinking mode, i.e. mature thinking in a mathmatical way. Mathmatic is not only a subject, but also a catagory of culture. It is also not just about knowledge but also about quality.
