Brief Description of Project:The system employs the design concepts of computer vision with the core section built with Java programming architecture and attempts to put the vehicle partitioning,car model's recognition,and license plate's recognition visual functionalities into realizable use.The system,after its successful development,will equip into the main transportation trunk highways in the Beijing city and the expected demand will reach a few million units.

Team Responsibility:Participate in project creation,and solely responsible for the construction of the course web-site
