no 的实质是对名词进行否定,那么名词前面当然可以有形容词修饰,形容词当然可以有副词修饰,可是,你却说,no 可以跟形容词,副词,等于在误导人家no 可以修饰形容词副词,好比说,人家问,你吃什么,这个吃后面跟什么词性,
你说,可以跟形容词,因为吃（美味的）食物
你说,可以跟副词,因为吃（非常）美味的食物
但是,我们绝不能说,吃后面能跟,美味的,十分地这样的词性
