The period of supply will be for 1 year following commencement ofsupply.Should the auction result in a change of supplier it is anticipatedthat there will be a 12 week implementation period prior to the commencement ofsupply.
Competitive bids placed by an incumbent supplier during the eAuctionthat are lower than existing prices paid by ASDA will become effective from thedate of the eAuction,irrespective of whether this bid is the lowest within theeAuction.
