但是时间要有个cut of date,具体的截止日期是哪一天呢?数学里有line segment,Point A to point B.This point is a position,a place.That is why we use "where" instead of When.
"reach to a point" 在美国人的口语中.这个短语是常在他们嘴边挂的.
如说这问题已到了非要解决的地步了.
This(problem) has reached to a point where something has to be done.
point是一个点,是空间概念,所以代表它的就应用where,而不是when
不能选a啊，因为你后面的句子是修饰point的定语从句，当然要用where拉，要是你用when，就说明那是状语从句，而此时的point就指代不明了！
如果题目不是point是period(时期),那么可以用when
point表示的是一个点,可以说是一种位置.所以用where
POINT这里是情境的意思。用WHERE比较合适，如果用WHEN，前面最好就变成xxTIME之类才比较合适。
