there's too many countries in Asia speaking english. some countries even stipulate that english language is official language, such us singapore(even 90% percent of its population is "huaqiao" .
take hongkong for example: many hongkongers can speak fluent english( even most of them have got a terrible pronounciaton) but the the ones who can speak fluent "putonghua" is scarce. it is very dispointing.
