第一句话是虚拟语气，would+do，hardly when我记得就是一，怎么，就怎么
你可以翻译成：雨一停，我们就知道了，因此我们决定重新开始运动会。
a 选错了吧 hardly when 一......就..... 用的是过去完成时
我们不知道雨什么时候能停，所以我们决定推迟运动会。
