listen 和hear 都是听,但是一般listen 是主动的去听,而hear是恰好听到
例句 I like to listen to music.我喜欢听音乐 （这个就是你主动去听了）
再或者 I hear the thunder outside.我听到外面的雷声 （这个除非你塞上耳塞想不听见也得听见）

2.listen (to)用来表示注意正在持续发出的声音。这个词强调集中注意力，想尽量听清楚。你即使不想听，也能hear某个声音。但你只能有意识地listen to某个声音。试比较：
e.g.I heard them talking in the next room,but I didn't really listen to what they were saying.
我听见他们在隔壁房间里谈话，但我实在没有去听他们在说什么。
e.g.Listen very carefully,please.

3.listen (to)主要是用来表示正在听。如果要表示从头到尾听完一次演出、演说、音乐节目、广播等，一般要用hear。试比较：

她来的时候，我正在听唱片，布伦德尔演奏的贝多芬。
（不能说I was hearing...）
e.g.I once heard Brendel play all the Beethoven concertos.

4.hear通常不用于进行式。要讲说话时听到什么，常用can hear,尤其在英国英语中
e.g.I can hear somebody coming.
我听见有人来了。（不能说I am hearing）
