Firstly,when a call comes,you must answerit immediately.Do not let the customer wait.
Secondly,you must answer customers’ callsvery politely,and “hello” is far away from enough.
Thirdly,when you transfer callsautomatically to your colleague,you must inform him or her about this transfer,and how long it will be for.
Finally,not taking messages is notallowed.When the customers tell you something important,such as date,time,caller’s name and number,you must note them.
