就会有条不紊。掌握了科学的写作步骤，是写出高质量英语作文的

必要条件。对于英语命题作文的写作，我们通常需要按以下步骤进

行：

步骤一：审 题

无论写什么样的文章都不能离开文章的主题。主题是文章所要表

达的中心，是文章的灵魂主宰。如果审不清主题，就有可能出现“下

笔千言，离题万里”的情况。

例如，“an interesting field trip”这篇文章，中心字眼是

interesting (有趣的)，写作主体是field trip (野外旅游)。如

果只是把所有的旅游活动罗列一遍，就不能算是“有趣的”，当然

就提不上切题了。因此，我们初步浏览后，应确定写一篇“一次的、

有趣的野外旅游”的小短文。

步骤二：选 材

审完题之后，就应该着手选材了。主题是文章的宗旨，材料必须

为主题服务：主题必须统领材料，二者是密不可分、相辅相成的。

既然要选材，就必须有充足的备选材料。只有平时多观察、多学习、

多积累，才能保证材料充分、详实。在具备充足的材料的基础上，

要学会去粗取精，去伪存真，还要分清材料的主次与详略，做到详

略得当。

要选好材料，具体地说就是要选取自己所熟悉的题材；选取自己

日常生活中的事情；写自己的学校生活；写自己学习方面的事情；

写师生之间的事情；写熟悉的亲朋好友的事情，等等，切忌选取自

己不熟悉的事情，否则漏洞百出，无法自圆其说。

步骤三：列提纲

写文章之前列提纲是非常好的写作习惯。列提纲可以使杂乱无章

的材料变得井然有序；可以使文章紧扣主题不跑题；还能节约写作

时间，进一步提高写作效率。

列提纲时不必过于详细，可以根据题目要求，考虑将文章分成几

段或几个层次，每段的大意是什么，计划好文章的整体结构，形式

上可以是短语或词组，自己明白即可。

步骤四：动 笔

写作时一定要切题，抓住要点。题目要求的内容一定要写进去，

以保证内容的完整。对于与要求无关的内容切忌任意发挥，画蛇添

足。写作时要注意语法正确、用词得当、语言标准。在写不同题材

和体裁的文章时，所用的句式、时态及用词均不同。写作时要多从

交流的角度考虑以上几个方面。

切忌用汉译英的方式写。不能把题目中的汉语直接译成英语，应

尽量用简练的、地道的英语来写。 要用英语去思考，平时要多阅

读英语文章，多练习摹写、改写、扩写或缩写等，多背一些特殊句

式，逐渐熟悉英语表达方法，增强语感。

写作时应注意连贯、流畅。尽量使用自己最熟悉的词句，少用复

合句或长句，多用简单句、短句和主动句。 应注意句中词的搭配

用法，没有掌握其用法，就等于不会，就不可能写出语句连贯、流

畅的句子。

写作时应一边写一边注意人称、数、大小写、标点符号等。还要

考虑用什么词语将内容连贯起来，用什么词起承上启下的作用，等

等。

步骤五：检查修改

要提高英语写作水平，除了准确遣词造句、严谨布局外，文章的

修改也是很重要的一步。文章写好后，要进行反复修改润色，才能

措辞准确，句子流畅，因此修改文章是提高学生写作水平的有效方

法。要仔细检查所写文章，用改错的眼光去挑选文中的毛病，可以

从时态、单复数、主谓一致、动词形式、拼写错误等角度去寻找。

另外，要检查要点是否全，字数是否够，尽量避免犯此类低级错误。
