　　中午，我正在家里聚精会神地看着电视，猛然听见窗外有人兴奋地大叫：“下雪了，快来看呀！”我慌忙关上电视，飞快地冲下楼去，只见蒙蒙细雨之中，银白色的“珍珠”漫天洒落，宛如仙女的舞裙，又似天使的白羽。

　　雪先是零零落落地夹在雨中，逐渐地越来越大。雪花片片，轻轻地飘落下来，有的顽皮地落在行人的衣服上，有的乘你不注意，放肆地在你脸上“亲”一下，那滋味凉凉的，甜甜的，叫人流连，让人难忘！

　　咦！雪是什么味道呢？想到这里，我不禁抬起头，张开嘴巴，正巧有一片小雪花落进了我的嘴里。刹那间，一股冰冰的凉意由我的舌尖逐渐蔓延到整个口腔，居然还带着一丝甜甜的味道。哦！我惊喜地发现雪原来也是有味道的。

如果削减路线的趋势持续下去那么整个bussysterm就会shutdown。

所以为了riders的利益还是什么…政府就要给足够的fares支持维持bussysterm……只能记大概了

V2bussystemislosingmoney,应要提高busfares，而且要减少busroutes的frequency。如果bussystem的profit一直持续减少，就会shutdownbussystem，人们出行就会不方便。为了有利可图，应该提高票价。

V3我今天考的也是降低busfare,No.16那题。再提供一个弱点。作者只考虑了两个办法来降低bussystem的亏损：取消线路和提高票价。忽略了别的办法。

V4城市巴士系统不盈利.导致有的线路缩减,有的即将停止.长此以往整个巴士系统就会被关闭.很多人乘坐巴士,关闭后会对众多人造成不便.所以为了众多乘车人的利益,应该提高巴士票价格,以保证巴士系统正常运营.

V5政府取消busroutes市的bussystem的收入没法补足成本，所以越来越多bus线路停运，不停运的线路也减少了停靠的stop数量。作者提出要提高busfares来增加funding，这样就能解决问题。(攻击点：提高busfares未必带来融资，passengers可能不买账转而放弃bus去使用其他publictransportation;提高busfares未必就是最优的，因为可能是bus本身的operatinginefficiency导致incurredcosts过高，这样的话分析成本并减少成本才是最优的)

1.因果关系：取消停靠站或线路不一定就导致accessibledestinations减少，因为可以在现有重合线路上增加停靠站。

2.错误假设：即采取缩减线路措施将导致整个巴士系统崩溃。巴士有其不可替代性，该坐公交的人还是会坐公交，因为地铁线路少，出租车贵，自行车慢云云。

3.无根据假设：提高票价就一定能保持收支平衡缺乏证据，票价上涨可能会导致一些乘客选择其他的交通工具。

4.政府决策时要考虑成本和收益，如果在公交上花费太多可能会影响其他基础设施的建设等。

4.CEO认为的increase会持续没有证据证明，一开始的市场不饱和也不能证明，92%已经很高了，人口不增加的话，租赁率也不会上升。

本市的出租房(RentalUnit)总数量在过去10年都以每年4%的速度增长，而且occupancyrate一直都保持在92%，这可以说明本市在未来会经济更加繁荣，而且对于newresidence的吸引力(Attractiveness)会更高。因此我决定明年要启动建造两栋新的appartmentbuilding来出租，这两栋building能cover增长的那4%的份额，因此一定能够给公司带来更多的profit

思路比较容易找啦：

1.过去10年的数据islimitedwhthinthetimerangeinthepast,不能说明未来还会持续

2.经济繁荣以及对新居民的吸引力要看很多的因素，只通过租房数据来判断显然忽略了其他的因素

3.新盖两栋房子把那4%的growth都占了，意味着一旦其他公司也新建，市场竞争就会很激烈，不一定能赚钱

4.profit的老生常谈啦，要看revenue-cost的具体数字

1.数据有效性：4%和90%的数据是哪里得出的，没有提到其他任何可参考的东西。

2.错误因果：rentalunits的增长和rentalunits的占有率并不代表经济就是发展迅速，房地产市场繁荣。可能和房价等其他因素相关。
