Q1: I was standing there这是主句,watching her...后面是现在分词watching引导的状语从句,修饰主句,可理解为我站在那儿看着.
Q2: 这一句不是一句完整的话,都是短语, Everything carefully planned,(这里是不是有个逗号啊~~) pictures of her dearest friends on the wall, drawers and boxes full of clothes and books under the bed. (译为所有的东西都是规划好的,墙上好朋友的照片,床下满是衣服的抽屉和盒子）

Q4: I.是做地点状语,去掉逗号也可以,不影响句意.不仅是地点状语,所有状语都可用这种结构,主+谓+状语.如：I have learned English for ten years．for ten years做时间状语.
II.原因,时间,条件这三种状语从句都是可以放后面的,请看例句.原因状语：My friends dislike me because I’m handsome and successful.时间状语：I didn’t realize how special my mother was until I became an adult.条件状语：We’ll start our project if the president agrees.
一般来说状语放前放后都是可以的,有时候为了强调状语部分经常把状语提到句前,有时状语太长就算想强调,但是为了避免头重脚轻也只能放在句尾.总之,在状语位置上,英语是比较灵活的,没有硬性规定,一切以句子是否读得顺口为准,这就是要靠language sense了,多做些英文阅读会有帮助.

联系上下文看了以后发现者一句是在父亲（作者）回忆起他女儿小时候的感慨.结合整段理当我坐在我妻子床边,把她抱在我的胳膊里时,过去的日子是如此美丽,如此完美,女儿（也就是这个新生儿）完全依赖于她的新的,未经世事的父母,（回想起现在自己的女儿已经上大学了）真是时间飞逝啊.
Q6: She looks up now, catching me watching her, causing her to ___says (39) to her mother, “Mom, Dad’s looking at me funny.” 她（作者女儿）抬起头来,发现我在看她,于是对她妈说：妈,老爹看我的样子真好笑.causing her……现在分词引导状语从句修饰主句she looks up now,可替换为非限制性定语从句：which causes……catching me watching her也是现在分词引导的状语从句.
cause sb to do sth：导致某人做某事. 有say sth to sb 的用法,如say hello to sb.
这里因为say的内容太长,为了避免头重脚轻所有say的内容置后.
Q7:应该是第二个逗号有问题吧,就是连接两个并列宾语啊.
knowing that……现在分词引导从句作伴随状语.
I have so much to say, but no words with which to say it.这句话中with which用法
我也不太清楚.此句的大意是我有很多想说,但是又说不出来.如果是我写的话,我会写成 I have so much to say, but no words to convey.

能发现这个定语从句~不错~不过括号里的when是不能省去的,when在这里做关系代词,修饰the day,意思是从【我开车把我小孩儿从医院接回家的那天】起我的生活就从此改变.【】为定语从句部分.

感觉你所不能理解的是第一个逗号那儿吧~这其实在英语中是一种很灵活的用法,这种断句和重复其实是为了强调作者的这种“害怕”的情感~不是特别正式的用法.具体怎么强调这种用法你可以先看看我的翻译,再去掉重复的部分的句子比较（我不知怎么地莫名害怕起自己所说的不能充分表达出我此时的情感）,高下立判.

句式确实很复杂.当然允许这样的存在了,以后你上大学读英文文献会真正理解什么叫长难句.真的是曾经沧海难为水,除却巫山不是云啊~

再看下面一个句子：That sex ratio will be favored which maximizes the number of descendants an individual will have and hence the number of gene copies transmitted. 这是我们阅读训练难度为5的句子（满分10分,即此句为中等难度）,该句仅涉及倒装和省略现象.你可以就拿这句话去问你们老师,让她帮你分析一下此句的语法结构,她绝对会对你刮目相看~哈哈~（别跟她说里面有倒装和省略哦~看她看不看得出来~~ :D）
Q14. 当所有的事情都焕然一新时,我记得整个世界对于我来说像是怎样.what引导宾语从句,when引导时间状语从句.
Q15. 逗号就是正常用法啊,实在要说的话就是分隔状语从句和主句~里面有As引导的时间状语从句和that引导的同位语从句.可改写为my eyes are wet and I realize that my life is changing forever as I walk to the car with my wife at my side.当我和我身旁的妻子一同走回车边时,我的眼睛湿润了,我意识到我的生活将从此永远改变.

i watch her and her mother decorate her college dormitory room．everything is in place organized and arranged. her room nicely accommodates not only her clothes and brie-a-brae，but her roommate’s as well．i begin to accept that her room at home is no longer hers．it is now ours，our room for her when she visits．
i find myself thinking of when i held her in the cradle of my arm，in the chair alongside my wife's hospital bed．one day old．so small，so beautiful，so perfect，so totally dependent on her new，untested parents. time marches relentlessly．
she looks up now，catching me staring at her, causing her to say to her mother." mom, dad’s looking at me funny.
the last few days，i touch her arm，her face一anything --- knowing that when my wife and i return home，she will not be with us，and there will be nothing to touch．i have so much to say, but no words with which to say it.
my life changed from the day i drove this child home from the hospital. i saw myselfdifferently that day, and it has led to a lot of places that i would never have found on my own.
she says，"it'll be all right，dad. i’ll be home from school soon.”i tell her she will have a great year but i say little else．i am afraid somehow to speak and i only hold on to our good-bye hug a little longer, a little tighter.
