With the development of internet and video games industry, it found that adolescents could play various video games, including violent games. “Violent” games were defined as those where players acted out the killing or maiming of other human characters. Do violent video games cause behavior problems? My answer is No. Violent video games are just video games, it’s not real life.Violent video games do not mean violent people. There has been no link found between violent video games and violent crimes. There are various violent stuff in our daily life, such as violent film, violent cartoon, etc. They did not turn people who have watched a violent film to be a crime or a killer.

In fact, violent video games can help people with their stress and anger. The violent video games are just like non-violent games. They help people release pressure after whole day working. If you don’t like the violent ones, you can choose another one without violent details and pictures.

In this highly controversial issue, there are many count arguments, which oppose my opinion. One of the highly misled arguments is that violent video games teach young kids and teenagers to be violent and aggressive. In some video games, it’s just accessible to people above 18. Those players have the abilities to distinguish between the virtual and real world. Young kids are under parents’ guardian while playing video games. Furthermore, there are no evident to prove that the killers murder others because of violent video games. The crime rate didn’t rise with the popularity of video games.

In brief, whether violent games or non-violent ones, they are just video games. Enjoy them but no addicted to them.
